Thakral Corporation (HK) Limited – Cuisinart® HK Authorised Distributor

This page, together with the documents expressly referred to on it, sets out information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we sell Cuisinart® products (“產品”) through our website (“Site”) to you.

These Terms apply to any contract between us for the sale of 產品 to you (“Contract”). Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any 產品 from our Site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all documents expressly referred to in them.

You will be required to confirm your acceptance of these Terms before placing an order. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to order 產品 from our Site. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.

1.1 We operate this Site and sell 產品 as an authorised distributor of Cuisinart® in Hong Kong.

2. Our 產品

2.1 Images of 產品 on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display 產品 accurately, colours may vary depending on your device display.

2.2 All Product descriptions, specifications, sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements are approximate and subject to reasonable tolerances.

2.3 Product packaging may differ from images shown on our Site.

2.4 All 產品 are subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and will not process your order.


3. Use of Our Site

3.1 Your use of our Site is governed by our Website 使用條款 and Acceptable Use Policy, which apply in addition to these Terms.


4. How We Use Your Personal Information

4.1 We use your personal data only in accordance with our 私隱政策, which forms part of these Terms.


5. If You Are a Consumer

This clause applies only if you are purchasing as a consumer.

5.1 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

5.2 As a consumer, you have statutory rights under Hong Kong law in relation to 產品 that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.


6. If You Are a Business Customer

This clause applies only if you are purchasing as a business.

6.1 You confirm that you have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you place an order.

6.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all previous agreements or representations.

6.3 You acknowledge that you do not rely on any statement, representation, or warranty not expressly set out in these Terms.


7. How the Contract Is Formed

7.1 Our order process allows you to review and correct errors before submitting your order.

7.2 After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

7.3 Acceptance occurs only when we send you a dispatch confirmation confirming the 產品 have been shipped (“Dispatch Confirmation”).

7.4 If we cannot supply a Product (including due to stock unavailability or pricing errors), we will notify you and refund any payment received.


8. 退貨 and 換貨

8.1 產品 purchased from our Site are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for defective 產品, subject to applicable Cuisinart® warranty terms.

8.2 If a Product is confirmed to be defective, we may, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, or exchange in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

8.3 Defective 產品 must be returned in original packaging with all accessories within 14 calendar days of receipt.

8.4 產品 may only be exchanged in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

8.5 Consumer statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.


9. 送貨

9.1 Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. Delays caused by events outside our control will be communicated to you.

9.2 送貨 is completed when 產品 are delivered to the address you provide.

9.3 Risk in the 產品 passes to you upon delivery.

9.4 Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.

9.5 送貨 is available only within Hong Kong.


10. 送貨 Costs

10.1 送貨 charges are shown during checkout or on our 送貨 Information page.


11. Price

11.1 Prices are as displayed on our Site and may change from time to time.

11.2 Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed by Dispatch Confirmation.

11.3 Prices exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

11.4 If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.


12. Payment and Pre-Orders

12.1 Payment must be made in advance using approved payment methods displayed on our Site.

12.2 For pre-orders or out-of-stock 產品, we may authorise or reserve payment prior to dispatch. If authorisation fails, we may request an alternative payment method.


13. 保養 and Guarantee

13.1 Cuisinart® 產品 are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to its terms and conditions.

13.2 Full warranty details are provided with the Product or in the Product manual.


14. Our Liability (Business Customers)

14.1 產品 are supplied for internal business use only.

14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or defective 產品 under applicable law.

14.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

14.4 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.


15. Our Liability (Consumers)

15.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence.

15.2 產品 are supplied for domestic and private use only.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability required by law.


16. Events Outside Our Control

16.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or transport disruptions.

16.2 Our obligations will be suspended during such events.


17. Communications

17.1 “In writing” includes email.

17.2 Notices may be sent by email or by post to the contact details provided by you.


18. Other Important Terms

18.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under this Contract.

18.2 You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

18.3 This Contract is between you and us only.

18.4 If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

18.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
